Strongpoint Group was founded in Toronto in 2014. Our perspective is shaped by experience inside businesses: making decisions, leading change, managing complexity, and living with the consequences.
We understand that an elegant recommendation is not the same as a useful one. The work has to hold up in the realities of the organization.

Our private advisory and coaching practice works with the person carrying leadership responsibility. Our consulting practice works with organizations facing difficult operational and commercial problems.
The practices are distinct. What connects them is respect for the context, independent judgment, and attention to the people involved.
